He doesn't chase a trophy any more and doesn't compete. No going back for him unfortunately, as his head has grown so much that if his body shrank down to normal size he would look so bizarre.

Don't know why he didn't just stop the drugs when he noticed his head started growing sideways like Stevie from family guy.

His legs look smaller than before - over cardio syndrome..?

Edit: not suggesting his legs ever looked like that, just a quick example of how bigger legs might look on him
