Hmmm, I guess real difference is that one looks like a complete professional with no lack of muscle, whereas the other looks to still be trying to grow muscles in areas where only fat is predominant.
Likewise, in this picture below, Ramy looks to be about 5lbs (2.2kilos) away from being stage ready for the olympia, whereas the young boy looks to be 30lbs (13.6kilos) away from even being ready for any stage. Not to mention that when the kid loses enough weight for his midsection to be diced, he will look too small, as you can tell all that fat serves mostly as a layer to make his muscles look bigger than they actually are.
For what it's worth, there are levels to this shit. IFBB pros might walking pharmaceutical experiments that can mostly just lift heavy shit up to then put it down, but they are the best in the world to do it. These dudes looks unreal in person.
