Getting a new job... would you blast your ex-manager during the exit interview?

I have no ties to the guy and will not need his referrals for future jobs.

Should I blast him in front of HR?

This guy is such a bad manager that people are actually discussing waiting for him outside and having a one-on-many discussion.

Weigh up the pros and cons.
If the pro's out weight the cons, do it.
If they don't then don't.

When weighing up pro's and cons don't weigh them up as they stand just now.
Weigh them up on how they stand now and how they might stand in the future.

Having said that I believe when in doubt, just do it.
Better comes from action than non action usually.

As tempting as it is, don't. YOu can't say for sure that it won't affect you later on. Pretty sure they don't like it when ex employe's talk shit as that means (to them) you will do the same about them when you move on.

Having said that... I've talked shit about my x "boses" but this is the doorman world, kinda different...

Why is it the high road not to say anything? I would just simply be honest. Don't have to be a jerk about it but no reason not to tell the truth. Even if it doesn't make a difference to me taking the high road is simply telling and being honest. It's better to frame it in the context of "ways your ex-manager could improve".  If you just bad mouth him HR could see it all as sour grapes and dismiss it...but if you provide as "constructive criticism" and a way for the company to improve and be more profitable, etc...it will have a better affect.
