I remember reading from this board a while ago that some members here kuse vitamins C and E for post workout ?? does this work??

Doesn`t matter one single bit when you take them,just take them anytime.

well C can be taken with just water but E needs to be taken with food as it is a fat-soluble vitamin.

Some recommend keeping them, especially C, away from the workout window.  I do not think taking them post workout would provide any benefit.

best to just take them at the same time everyday and develop a habit of it, they work at any time, 500-1000mg. of C and 400 I.U. of E, take some A and Selenium as well to get all the anti oxidants.

im sorry wes, but that is incorrect. the timing of these vitmins, like the timing of many things we eat, does in fact make a difference.
