I do a sumo style deadlift with a left back/right forword grip, and I was wondering if I should alternate witch is witch. My form gets all screwed up whenever I try to though. Thanks

if you're gonna use a staggered grip' then I would recommend alternating your grips from set to set or from workout to w/o. My experience has been that the torque on my forearm/bicep of the underhanded grip is too much...so, I prefer a double overhanded grip and use this grip only
