Kai definitely uses drugs no-one fucks a grapefruit unless they are high off some stuff they are smoking and need more and he would be smoking a lot of steroids

alot of factors come into play with a question like that,some guys with superior genetics dont have to take a 3rd of what other less GIFTED guys take. also take into account training intensity,some guys just train harder which leads to better gains without having to ram the dosages sky high as your competition.i knew a kid who used to take aton of shit n all he got was bad as hell ACNE,i took half of what he was doing,(it was real stuff cause i was taking the same steroids he was at time)n i grew like a weed n got strong as hell also. if your androgen receptors dont respond really well it puts a athlete who uses testosterone at a disadvantage compared to the geneticlly gifted athlete who,s receptors suck it up like a high powered vacuem cleaner ;)

Year round Kai and Ramy as they remain big or get even bigger, when it comes to contest prep I would say they all use similar dosages.

Phil by a mile, Hany is known for using absurd dosages.  Next, Ramy because Dennis James isn't as careless as Hany but doesn't understand the body even remotely close to as well as Farah, who is conservative.  And because of Farah, Kai uses the least.  He stayed on his diet and didn't get fat and soft, smaller doses work well to keep you in shape after getting there.
