How do supplements effect your kidneys and liver?

No supplement is good for the liver or kidneys, given that they're the two organs responsible for filtering the impurities and excess nutrients/vitamins in those products.

You should look up FDA studies...oh wait, there are none,  ask the manufacturers about their lab tests...oh wait, there are none.

creatine increases stress on the kidneys


high protein diet as well


pre workout raise blood pressure which also stress the kidney


trust me i'm a bodybuilding analyst

Great. I do all of these, plus have congenital high BP. My poor kidneys...

I used to take creatine, preworkout and whey protein. I quit all that shit and now just eat food. No way I'm gonna fuck up my organs so some supplement company can make cash. You think for a second that they give a shit about your health, no way. They want quick cash and nothing more.

Everything peddled by those sell-out pros in the magazines is basically toxic longterm or of dubious value for building muscle or losing fat. It's all junk.
