heroin addicts are sneaky, and don't often fit the stereotype perpetuated by the media, etc. If a heroin addict has their daily fix, they can function just fine and nobody would really tell. If their cover gets blown, OD or they get dopesick, that's another story.

I was bangin 6g a day, working 5am-12am, went on for bout a year nna half & never missed a day of work or a client till I came off/detoxed. Nobody had a clue.
