Yep. That stretch of time was unreal. It'll be a while before someone does that again. What strikes me as odd, is that people forget that before Bonds every got serious about drug use, he was posting numbers that would have landed him in the hall of fame with near certainty. He was already going to the Hall before the cream/clear hit his blood. Simply put: The juice turned one of the greatest of his generation into the greatest of his generation. But if he'd kept at it naturally, he probably would have gone down as that generation's greatest player anyways.
