funny in 2003 ronnie made jay look like a kid next to him but after 3yrs it was the other way around..jay sure did improved himself alot in 3yrs..props to jay

based on these pics ronnie and jay both look a bit down in size..jay said on flexonline that he is gonna come in under 270lbs...i think ronnie will be around 285lbs i guess

No Ronnie Coleman in 07. He's got nothing left to prove, and at his age, 2nd in the elite of pro bb, is pretty good, no?
