I said his delts were to small to take an olympia with Jay, Ronnie, ect up there competing.

I didnt hate and go on, and on, for a week trying diss the guy.

No. it means dont continuously diss a guy like Jay and point out all his weak spots when he took out Ronnie Coleman, Dexter Jackson, and Victor Martinez rather easily.
