What do you guys think the best split for a natural bodybuilder for optimal mass? 5 on and 1 off :4 on and 1off : 3 on and 1 off. I have a medium speed metabolism.

IMO there is no ideal split... try many different splits for about a month at a time and track your progress and how you feel about each workout week. decide what works best for you

i would say a 3 day or 4 day routine per werk.
heres a good example
for a 4day
monday chest tris
tuesday back calves
wensday off
thursday delts bis
friday legs abs
sat off
sunday off
monday repeat
and a 3day
monday chest back calves
tuesday off
wensday delts tris bis
thursday off
friday legs abs
sat off
sunday off
monday repeat

what do you guys think about 3 days on 1 off Heavy.then 3 on 1 off light 12 to 14 sets per body part?

I'm doing a 3-day split a the moment, I put on a lot of lean weight since I stopped doing a 4 day splt.
Day 1: Chest, shoulders, biceps and abs
Day 2: 30 mins jogging before breakfast
Day 3: Back, Triceps and abs
Day 4: 30 mins jogging before breakfast
Day 5: rest day and diet cheat day
Day 6: Quads, Hamstring, calves and abs
Day 7: 30 mins jogging before breakfast
