hello, anyone know some of his training splits and poundages?
they guy has been overlooked several times!
-
He has, but now he's nearing the end of his career. Not gonna be able to emulate the size/sharpness he had years ago. Lots of loose skin, he's what, pushing 50?
Residing outside of the U.S. unless you're Yates, is never good for the career.

If he was younger, he'd be a good candidate to benefit from a place like PDI.
-
he is on the downhill but he still looks very good
-
Nobody looks better fully relaxed than Pavol
-
Phil Heat looks fucking awesome too when he is fully relaxed
there was som pics in flex a while ago

Pavol had a better, more athletic look, I agree with PDI comment.

absolutly, he looks grainy as hell
needless to say, Pavol's muscle quality is way better than Phil's too due to his age

he's not relaxed. im sure he's been doing pump up exercises for at least a half hour before this pic. His face doesnt show, but he tightening every upper-body muscle he can here. Give him credit for looking relaxed, but no one goes into a photo shoot without pumping up first, and they always "pose"...nothing relaxed here. No one just goes around all day looking this good.
-
Pavol was always my favorite back in the days.
-
If their was ever any pro body I'd like to achieve it'd be Pavol's. Too bad that'll never happen :(
-
Amazing build that gave him 3 Pro wins, more than Shawn Ray even.
-
Holy shit he looks Great!!!! that is the ideal physique
-
post some phil pics

is he retired now? or what. That guy had one of the best physique in his class. oh, dont forget those abs. he was second to none when it come to abs
-
He had one of the best physiques ever. Not the world's best poser. Great aesthetics, full muscles and always ripped.
We've seen his best though, I think he is at least in his mid 40s now.
-
guys from the chzech republic are welcome to chime in..i agree the guy has a amazing physique...

Deserved to win the Masters Pro World with Johnny and Bob.

Pavol looks great. But this guy looks better imo.

His abb development is amazing. Deep, etched and full.

it always was. Pavol seemed to live a somewhat quiet career. a guy who is always there but i hate to use the word but forgotten. when ever he did appear in a magazine and had an article or interview i always enjoyed reading it.

I agree.
He was awesome though.
But age is catching up with him.

Thing is, he was overlooked all the time, as a lot of guys were.
Think about this; he competed in probably the toughest and most competitive bbing era. With guys like Ronnie, Flex, Yates, Ray, Levrone, et cetera. Now imagine trying to place well and trying to keep yourself in the headlines with those names in front of you? Tough to do, regardless of how good Pavol was. I think the same thing hapenned to Milos. He was a victim of the same era.
-
I Remember Flex Wheeler saying how much he admired Pavol. He had a graininess to his physique that was not unlike dorian. Suffered because of lack of exposure.

yes very true he was competing in era of elites. but why couldn't he be one of them?? Ray was.

Right.
That's just it. He wasn't a "name", so he was often overlooked. But the guy was very consistent, and always had great conditioning.
-

Well, a judge would have to answer that for you. Cause all I can think of is, lack of exposure, not being a "name". Maybe even politics.
-
Now that's what a Mr Olympia should look like.
-
Pavol didn't suffer from a lack of exposure, certainly was never placed lower due to "politics", or any other reason, except the obvious:
His problem was (and IS) that he cant display his physique worth a damn...not unlike Dillett. His mandatory poses are horrendous and awkward...his conditioning for the most part, is spot on, and he carried as much muscle as anyone pound for pound.
Unfortunately for him, you can only be judged on what you can show.
-
Isnt it refreshing to look at a pro physique, and go "Damn, I'd love to look like that!" Take one look at this physique and tell me lightweights like Darrem Charles should 'dance' place higher than this thick tank. PPLLLEEEAASSSEEE.

Wrong, the only reason he doesn't place high is his height. His appearance is exactly what people like and what the BB should look like. He is very well muscled and great lines yet not overly muscled like the guys like Cutler, Coleman Ruls and others.

exactly why he should have been featured more in mags.

I'm not one for defending Chick....except for when he's right.
Pavol can't pose for shit. Have you ever seen him pose a rear lat?
