.... a Handkerchief! especially when one (like me) is getting over a cold.
Any more?
-
A cigar and a condom.

Assuming you're talking about a true gentleman: manners, self control, respect for women, integrity, to name a few things.

True, all of the above, minus a handkerchief, plus a cigar and a condom.

I don't smoke and don't need a condom, but the handkerchief is a little gay.
-
Monogrammed fountain pen and hankie, and a crisply starched collar.
-
A zippo for lighting ladies cigarettes(it's a gross habit, I know), two condoms, at least 300 in cash and no more than 500, an Amex, and confidence :)
-
Handkerchiefs are rather 19th century; I know no one under 50 who routinely carries one, but stuffing one or two Kleenex tissues in your pocket before you head out the door is always a good move.
-
Not a zippo... an 18K gold, monogrammed lighter. :)

Too desperate, anyone can afford one, but to actually buy one and monogram it is a sign of insecurity imo.
-
A stout walking stick, for when one has to reprimand a rapscallion or ne’er-do-well.

True, but gentlemen often receive expensive gifts from women...ergo the monogramming.

True.

I don't use a handkerchief - I just put one finger to my nose, press, and projectile the snot onto the pavement. ;D

Damn you Beach Bum, ...just when I got comfortable with the idea of disliking you, you post something like this. :-\

Thanks? :-\
There aren't five people on the planet who know me and dislike me. Not counting the people I oppose in the professional world who wind up on the losing end of deals. ;D
And don't get too comfortable. We don't agree on much of anything, and you don't seem to like disagreement much, so I'm sure I'll offend you before week's end. :)

gun... ;D
