Title: Fruit
Post by: PUERTOROCKS on October 09, 2006, 07:01:27 AM
I'm trying to drop 50lbs, will eating fruit slow down my fatloss?  I know fruit has sugar but I know its natural.

Thanks for your help.

i myself would not include fruit in any fat loss diet.

if you are going to be eating fruit i would limit it to 1 serving earlier in the day... i would go with strawberries, blueberries, higher fiber/lower gi fruit.

If you want to lose fat, I would cut out all fruit, and severely limit strawberries and blueberries. Stick to lots of veggies, broccoli and asparagus. And, of course, lots of clean protein.

thats fine...i have cashews once in while and always have a couple tablespoons of natural peanut butter...i would worry about the sodium.

when i'm dieting i also snack with the adkins or eas...the eas apple cin. ones are awsome.
