This weekend was also the NABBA Universe contest in Southport, England.  The winners were

Amateur         Tomás Bures   Czech Republic
Professional      Steve Sinton   UK
Women Physique      Olga Tikhonova   Belarus
Women Figure      Silvia Finocchi Ferreira   Brazil
Masters 40+      Jan DeWeerd   Neatherlands
Masters 50+      Bernie Cooper   UK
Junior         Vitaly Gerasimov   Russia


The only American to place was Hugh Ross in the Masters.

Charles Duca, an IFBB pro from Australia, entered the amater Medium class, placing 5th (unless there is more than one Charles Duca from Australia)

PDI pro Billy Bourne (NOC - 17th) placed 6th in the pro class

Yes it is the same guy.  He has handed in his IFBB pro card and returned to NABBA and competing as an amatuer again.

Steve Sinton was 5th at the PDI NOC

Smart move by Charlie as well...he's won the NABBA overall several times...dissapointing result here though

Isn't NABBA just for guys who got smoked in the Euro version of the NPC?
