I am working very hard and will release them in their entirety very shortly.
I have written over a hundred pages so far on My Principles. It is a complete compendium of sorts, with research that can all be backed scientifically.
You will learn a lot more than just how and why and when to eat and how to predict EXACTLY to the hour, how your body will look on any given day. You will also learn which foods are best to eat and why.
You will also get a historical and anthropological lesson as well. I will also include mounds of information on human biology in a simple to use, referenced format.
My Formula is by far superior to anything currently out there. I have also included popular diets and why they are insufficient and the myths behind them and the entire food industry.
There is nothing out there like this trust me.
As I said earlier, I hope you don`t expect results unless I personally instruct you at this point, since my information is not ready for release as of yet.

My telescope stretches way beyond the horizon of muscle magazines my friend.
Being myopic is counterproductive. I would rather teach the eager blind to see, and the eager blind do not grace the glossies my friend.

A smaller mammal will ALWAYS have high energy requirements per unit body weight, although their total requirements are small. This means that they must eat easily digested foods that can be processed fast; however, these foods do not have to be abundant, since they are not needed in large quantities. Large mammals have lower energy requirements per unit body weight than small ones and can afford to process food more slowly, but their total food requirements are great. This means their food items must be abundant but not necessarily easy to digest.
