trying to design a new split for bit of a bulking season how does this look

flat bb bench
military press
dips
skull crushers
shrugs
tue
squats
bb rows
pullups
db pull overs
bb curls
standing calf raises
wed off
thur
incline bench
behind the neck press
dips
db overhead extensions
upright rows
fri
deadlifts
leg press
chin ups
t-bar rows
db curls
seated calf raises
was thinking 3-4 sets 10-4 reps

good, good luck.
A shitty program with 100 percent effort will yield more results, than a great program with half assed effort.
So just give it a 100 percent and you'll be just fine.

I don't like it personally. just because of the excersises and muscle groups you have paired together. Like the bench presses on the same day as military. I guess it depends on the person's goal. Let us know if this works for you.
