Hany (on pro bbing weekly): Ronnie will be back for One Final Olympia.
I disagree. Ronnie will be back for at least two more. Ego is too big, and the 90+k paycheck even for 2nd or 3rd is worth it to Ronnie.
Hany: Phil's Timing is Perfect....to become Mr. O.
I disagree. Phil's timing is perfect to blow up to 260 (as Hany says he has done) and destroy those incredible lines of his. He doesn't have the Vic martinez width to pull it off. He'll always be a great pro, but a multi-O, I think will go to a bigger guy like a Melvin or Vic who will make him look like a lightpole in the rear lat or most musculars.

You might be right on both.
Then again, you might not!

Hany doesn't know his ass to his elbow. Ronnie's still a top contender and retirement is not in his vocabulary. Phil Heath's physique is near perfect and his conditioning is very consistant unlike Victor Martinez. Vic put it together for this past O but I doubt we'll see that same package ever again. Heath doesn't need to be as wide and thick as anyone else since his strength is his symmetry, shape, conditioning and full rounded muscle bellies that would make Flex wheeler jealous. When Phil wins it will be very much like when Zane beat Arnold and the mass monsters will have no response.

Ronnie should come back for one more next year than hang it up. Or even just win the ASC in 2007 and do a clean sweep of the Spring shows and hang it up. He can do it. Then he can create his own supplement line and do what Lee Haney and Dorian Yates are doing.
Someone I know said Dorian really resents bodybuilding and said all his organs are failing because of it. I think this guy is full of shit, but does Dorian hold any type of resentment to the industry? Must suck to be 44 and look 20 years older than you are though.
Unless this "someone you know" has medical info, I call BS.

Hany prob knows ronnie's regimin or something close. Everybody knows Ronnie looks burned out. But we see what Vince taylor can still do at 50... no reason a rested Ronnie wouldn't be able to take top 10 at O for the next 5 years, barring injury or judging preference changes.
-
I'd tried to tell you all. All Jay did was piss Ronnie off. He'll be back next year close to his best.
Hany is no different than any other "guru" who jacks their guys up on all kinds of gear then burns out their receptors and then watch a steady decline in the appearance of their physiques.
And Phil's trying to pass him off as his "nutritionist"!!
Hahahahahahahahahahahaha a!

I agree with Hany, Ronnie will give it all for one more O.. and time will tell if Jay is a caretaker Mr O whilst Phil and Vic get their shit together.

Is it Hany or Haney??

This might be best for big Ron - based on the pics from the Holland show, it looks like Rons shape gets better with time as he stays conditioned. He should prolly start with the ASC and end at the O. But if he's really seriously injured then he might need time to heal.

Hany Rambod, the guy who described Ronnie as an ebony mountain of muscle (his legacy).

Vince has lasted very long in the game probably because his training is not exactly hardcore. AFAIK he uses cables and light weight. Maybe coleman should switch to that method ;D

Ronnie should hinge his decision on how his lat/back recovers to full size.
Assuming that happened the sky is the limit. He will pwn Jay no doubt* if he can recover.

Crack alert. Come on. Make Flex jealous. Phil's physique is as pretty as his face but he'll be in the mix for yrs to come. Right now...he is a step ahead of Darrem. We'll see come the Arnold which he shouldnt win. Needs time to fill out and build an illusion around is lack of width when compared against Jay, Ron or one of the thick big boys. Might end up having a career like Shawn with a sh*t load of top 5 finishes.
Nice how Ronnie took Q and was able to extend his lats fully in the last Euro show which was his win. That's why he had the d##n smile on his face. Tricep wasnt a problem. Has to get his back together with in a yr. As noted...he is a superior bber to Jay. Anyway...let Jay enjoy his win, get a new contract from MT and make some money.
Would love to see Ron in the Arnold. Quick payday for $160,000 (car included). Phil makes the improvements to beat Dex. Would the judges jack Ronnie over in a matchup with an underdeveloped Heath? Should be a good 2007.

Flex Wheeler competed at about 230 at the very end before his kidney blowout. Phil's weighing a lean 260+ now a days and I'm guessing he's going to dail it in the 220's at the very least and with better conditioning. Heath will also win the Arnold Classic with a perfect score especially if any of the GH gut/mass monsters compete.
NOTHING STOPS THE HEATH!
