In theory it could work. When I was eating over 4000 cals a day back when I was a delusional teen I was eating very very clean. I gained to much bf since I was taking in way to many cals. Not doing any cardio. Granted I only went up to about 14 percent b fat, it still was a noticable gain for me.

When I started a new job a few months ago I was eating 3200 cals per day. Some clean some not. I lost about 10 lbs and did not even try to. I was just way more active. Couple that with less cals and working out and boom bf is at 9 percent. It was about 11 last time I had it checked. I think as long as you keep your protein intake good and get enough cals you are fine.

I dont know about eating junk when you are not taking in less than you need to maintain. But it would work when you where dieting. As long as you are taking in less than you need to maintain you are going to lose weight. he could have been crazy in the gym and trained his ass off to keep the muscle.

I do not buy into the low protein part of it. Kenny Santiago eats low protein. He is big for a natty. I think some do not need as much. While others do

Kinda like calf raises?

 :'(

5 sets of 10-12 heavy reps 1 time per week

1 set of 25-50(raises) every day

Calves still suck. All genetics. The rest of my body responds. My calves are cursed.

And about 4 cups of Rare Hazlenut coffee with Heavy cream ALL IN ONE MEAL.  No telling what else I ate that day but it was a ton.

Our meal lasted around 3 hours. Good fun.

Well it can if you know what to do.  I advise NOBODY to go out and try what I do.  You will get fat.

UNLESS, I help you personally.  Until then, enjoy your dry chicken breasts.

The amount of protein you need is really dependant on how your body responds.  Many people do just find and gain just fine with .5 a gram a day per pound of weight, natural or not.  Personally, I have seen people stuff down protein shake after protein shake, chicken breast after chicken breast.  Yea, they were happy because they started gaining weight, but they were fooling themselves because all I noticed was a bigger waist and more bodyfat.  Protein powder manufactures keep spreading stories by so called experts that you ABSOULTELY have to have or you won't gain 1.5, 2, I have even now seen 3 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.

I don't agree with a lot of what TA says, but I have to agree with him about the ultra high protein diets, some people may need it, but many do not.

why are you trying to turn this into a matter of specialized knowledge.

It is simple, eat less in calories than what you burn daily to lose fat, more to gain.  Unless people are too stupid to use a calculator why would they need your help to count calories?

Not at all my friend.

That is one of the Sole principles.

The body is more efficient  than you think.  Perhaps people are caught up in the day to day instead of the month to month or even year to year.  :)

Hitler also said, 'Anybody who paints and sees a sky green and pastures blue ought to be sterilized.' There's a reason people who support him are generally frowned upon in modern day society, much like The Unibomber. The Unibomber made high quality letter bombs, but that doesn't make it right.

natural or not you can make gains with .5 grams a day?  lol....u do realize that one of he major benefits of being on is increased protein synthesis...nobody...nat ural or not... is going to make gains in muscle tissue eating .5 grams a day.

protien intake should be 1g - 1.5g minimum...and higher for those who are not natural.

not only is the idea that you can gain muscle with that minimal amount of protein complete nonsense...so is the idea that some overeating of protein will make you fat...the process of converting excess protein into glucose then fat is very inefficient...for the most part excess protein is simply excreted.

Unlike most, you seem to at least have a working knowledge of your techniques.  With that said,  Perhaps you can post the photos here as you appear to have remarkable shape.
