Title: HARDCORE TRAINING. ps stop with the bs posts, lets get some hardcore training
Post by: Marty Champions on October 11, 2006, 05:34:27 PM
ive stepped it up! i want to continue to win the most muscular award, but i know im gonna have to be bigger and badder than ever and more cut too. here is a new addition to the routine. lunges full range not half range with 65 pound barbell in 5 minite increments stopping here and there because failure is reached inevetably a few times in the 5 minutes but no real rest.  im doing 6 * 5minute increments perday along with other training. this will develope my legs and substitute my cardio for a while, because it may get to cold to run in the months to come. i want to increase to 10 increments of 5 minutes. im having to eat alot more calories to complete these workouts...mind over matter

If you're training with true high intensity you wouldn't be able to go high volume. I just finished a 6 set quad workout. Yesterday was a 2 set calf workout. MAXIMUM INTENSITY!

I have since employed Gravity training with equipment in the gym until development of my suit.

And I must say, it is the best absolute way to train.

Each Session, each muscle bears equal relative workload on a constant gravity.

Very efficient and is working extremely well.

Try doing high rep deep squats, say around 20. Finish off with that after a heavy set and you'll stimulate every muscle in your body and want to fall over afterwards ;D

As a natural BB you should know better than to say such a thing.
