depends on how i curl, if i cheat like arnie is doing in your little avatar (which what im sure you do religously) i can cheat up around 165 for about 3 or 4. but biceps are a small muscle group and should be trained with form and precision so i leave my ego at home when i train, that goes for everything.

If I cheat it the way Arnold does than I would probably be able to handle 185 pounds for a few. Now go back to doing my laundry!!

Ive done the 180's for 6 with no straps....after doing 320 barbell rows without straps

my gym goes up to 140 and i do those for 15-20 full reps with no straps, after heavy deadlifts, weighted chins and pullovers...no straps on any lift.

You guys are all pathetic weaklings. Here are my top 5 lifts. Try to top this, puny humans:
1. Dumbbell Rows 160x7, but with TWO 80lb dumbbells in ONE HAND! Requires awesome grip strength.
2. Incline Bench 335x2, but with only one arm. CAUTION: Requires experienced spotter and excellent balance.
3. Front Squats 405x3, standing on a giant ball and the ass must touch the floor even though the ball is 2 ft off the ground. Requires incredible flexibility and stupidity.
4. Pull Ups 88 reps, but using strict behind the neck form and only fingernails. Hands may not touch the bar. Must grow nails out at least 8mm and use Hard Candy Nail Strengthener #9.
5. Barbell Curls 135x6, but with no arms. I close my eyes and envision a sexy broad, and use my penis to lift the weight. Must have natural upward curvature of the penile shaft for proper form. NO PARTIALS!

LOL Special Ed is the best.
I'm 18 and can do 125 for 18 reps.
That's the biggest dumbell in my piece of shit gym. My gym also provides all the techno and pop song remixes you can ever dream of, and kickboxing cardio every teusday!

I never ever take more than the 50's for one arm dumbell rows
I get the greatest pump in my lats with the 40's

MY gym specially makes 250's for me and i row them right after i finish doing 4 sets of rows with 405. then i deadlift 495,585,and then 675 for 75 reps. ! 8 ;)
