Yeah that's a good combo! Maybe substitute deads with clean and presses or chins.

ive started working calves and hamstrings everyday post mr.getbig contest. but pre mr.get big i never worked calves or hams. you will see the sickest difference next contest

Cool. On my part I have already gained 2 1/2 inches on my chest and an inch on everything else except waist. :)

Make sure you blitz the rear delts, it will make a difference.

im in there 7 days a week for 2 hours sometimes more

Depends. Today I did 2 hours of arms plus 23min of cardio. I am thinking of switching to fullbody routines. I do so much different things and its fun to try out different training routines.

I can't keep away from the gym. I like to test and see which routine does what to my physique. I want to be the best I can be.

IMO, I think (and I might be wrong) you might not spend enough time on any one routine to get its benefits..food for thought.

Yeah I don't know what's wrong with me. I start a routine and the max I keep at it is about a month. Now its barely a week. I have to outtrain everybody. or maybe not cause it feels like I ripped my tricep..

you live you learn. some exercizes i do not do, especially for triceps, we cant do every single exercise out there some exercises could be potential for injury. like skullcrushers they would fuck up my elbows if i tried them

Actually i think some ppl at the gym i go to only know three exercises: curls, crunches and bench. But thats probably cuz theyre gay-ass frat boys.

for back thickness they're superior to any other exercise.
but i dont do them from the floor anymore...uses way too much glutes and hams now that i can pull alot of weight. then on leg day im too sore to go heavy. i just do rack deads, but i still put the bars pretty low
trust me...put any variation of deadlifts in your back routine...and you'll see a difference in a month
