I work 3 days a week very long hours but worth the 4 days off.  I was looking at these portable steppers to use at work.  Anyone have one or tried them.  I am not sure if the resistance would be good enough for a heart pounding cardio session.

here is one I looked at

I have tried it.. Not really impressed got too easy.

Convenient heart-pounding cardio:

-Running
-Jump rope
-Stair climbing in building
-Swimming
etc.

I agree with ya but I am in an office for 13.5 hours a day and cant leave.  I do jump rope and dumbell squats.  Just trying to switch it up.
Climb stairs in the building; very effective. Those mini steppers aren't worth the time.

Very good all-round conditioner often used in football:

Yes doing stairs is great--my office is on the 6th floor-- I carry a briefcase up these that also weighs a ton. LOL

Jump rope is good too--- especially when you do burst of speed intervals while jumping.

Good luck
