Title: Where in the World is Rico McClinton?
Post by: HUGEPECS on October 18, 2006, 08:24:30 AM: That Dude had a promising future in bodybuilding. he was a friend and training partner of Paul Dillett. Rico just dissapeared all of a sudden. Any word on Him anybody?

His physical change from drugs to drug-free were incredible. His weight loss was totally expected and the change to his body was extreme, but even his face changed. When I first saw him (1st time in 4-5 years) I absolutely did not recognize him, and I knew Rico pretty well.

i agree...rico is another example of how genetics are the most important factor in becoming a top bodybuilder.

i'm sure he was using as much gear or more as flex and the others.

but all the gear in the world would not overcome what he lacked genetically.

defintely sucks considering all of his friends were pros.
