I haven't ate all that much in the last month or so, and my stomach is probably the size of a quarter. Looking to grow a bit, and was wondering if anyone knew of any food, tricks, etc to use to stimulate appetite. thanks!

for me when i'm having a hard time packing in the meals, cutting the carbs down a little from what i'm used to usually turns me into an eating machine because it feels like i'm always hungry after i eat something with little to no carbs in it! maybe try that? ???
or get bored? lol i know alot of people that gorge themselves when there's nothing better to do...

watch TV or go outside and have a picnic or something, things that supposedly make you hungry....or the beach/swimming, always seem to make me hungry.

lol my ass is always hungry always so yah i guess im no help :-\

i have to weigh my food out eveyday and force myself to eat it all. gradually work your way up to where your eating all of the food you need.
-
yeah once you get yourself on a steady eating schedule every couple of hours or so..you'll have no problems getting hungry once your body is accustomed to getting food all the time...now if i don't eat every 2-3 hours i get sick :-\

It is tough with a new kid, my latest is 4 months now. When I was out of my routine, I did rely more on protein drinks and bars to try and supplement missed or poor meals. It is tough, but I figured something was better then nothing until I could get back into a better routine.

I have not seen the studies which back it up, but the manufacturers of liver tabs claim that that "Desiccated liver helps to increase red blood cell count and stimulate appetite."
See http://www.glandulartherapy.com/desiccated-liver-tablets.html
It may be worth a try.

Try snacking on nuts, you get calories and protein, also you´re really not "eating" so you get you´re regular meals in too.

Nothing beats B-12 injections for stimulating the appetite, 240. Contact me and I'll hook you up. You can't build muscle if you don't eat

take a few tokes of some super dank and you will be eating everything in site- it works better than DBol or EQ for stimilating appetite- turst me ive tried both- people say dbol and EQ make them hungry- nothing coompared to what a few hits of some super chron will do for you! Im not joking either- it works wonders!

Read somewhere that a small amount of simple carbs-pure orange juice?-about 20 minutes before a meal will stimulate appetite-haven't tried it though?

If you drink alot of water, I don't mean a gallon a day, but at one time. Once or twice a day drink water till the point where you are so full you think you're going to be sick. After a while this stretches the stomach a bit to allow more food being crammed in at once. After your stomach gets used to being stretched you can start stretching with food. If you do this for a while (couple weeks) when you try to go back to eating moderate portions it will feel like you had a piece of lettuce. This is one routine alot of competitive eaters use, minus the stretching during meals.
