I blend raw oats in my blender but raw rice or pasta is very bad on your stomache.

Good questions...just nuke them and mix in some protein powder...very tasty.

exactly, i don't understand why guys complicate things, it's not like you're going to get any better nutrtional value eating them raw so just eat like a normal human being.

yup, oats with yoghurt, cinnamon and splenda. yummie.

i mix some raw oats into protein powder once in a while.
i cant even imagine trying to eat raw, uncooked rice. :-X

Oat, rice, pasta needs water to be digested. I you don't it will stuck in your digest.
Just mix a small bowl with oat with a little bit of water and imagine what it's gonna look like in your stomach. It will take day's to get that out ;D

My training had me doing it....1/4 cup precontest...kept me full and dry......also sprinkle some splenda on them, good munch!
It's also 100x easier to eat 3/4 cup cooked and a 1/2 or 1/4 dry then all 1.5 cups cooked....

sarcasm.....u eat them raw so that u can eat more,if u cook them they swell up and u can only eat so much.
i put a spoonful of dry oats in my mouth and wash down with a swig of water and repeat till a mug of oats is done...after that im not even full and i can eat much more...

and totally unnecessary, these guys on here make me laugh, they're 195-200lbs. and they need 500 grams of protein, a whole canister of dry oats, 20 grams of creatine, 50 grams of Glutamine, etc.all to rebuild the massive damage from their 10 set chest workout ::) and the funny thing is that they look exactly the same as if they would eat normally and use 3-5 grams of creatine.

you make me laugh cause you are so big and macho.....it's not hardcore bro, its a method used to get in MORE cals.....I know, you have the perfect physique, the perfect diet and the perfect routine...let us try and get to your status by eating our oats dry!

no offense "lugar" i've seen your pictures on the pics board and you appear to weigh 123lbs. soaking wet, eating your oats dry or cooked isn't going to make much difference for you.
