I would like to thank my girlfriend Diana for all of her help and support, and also a big thank you to The Freak "Big Al Fortney" for kicking my butt in the gym when I needed it!
I am looking forward to healthy off-season to put more size on my chest and triceps for next year.

Yes Mark always runs a great show.
And Anthony,you looked great.I am proud of all the work you did.
Pre-judging was long and Anth was hurting but he delt with it.Thats what makes a great champion.
Job well done this year.Now it's time to grow.

I as you agree the nj npc runs a smooth show, starting prejudge usually takes some time but they all do. when the show starts it goes very smooth. Ant , savor the victory, next year will be my turn.
