Great to see O'Sullivan back in good form.
Only in the prelims, but this one is already won for Rocket Ronnie.
The Chinaman, Ding Junghui, will be the man to beat within 5 years though. He ain't at his top game this GP though.

Good to hear, I love Ronnie, when he's on form he's unbeatable for sure.
Snooker is getting huge in China and I think it has more people playing it than anywhere in the world. The time will come when the Chinese will dominate snooker

Ronnie was amazing tonite. Cruising.
Picked up a couple of centuries, should've had 3 really.
They play matches to 3 frames in the preliminary round, in every group all players meet.
Ronnie won tonites match 3-0.

I've tried it. Once. In Thailand.
I was shocked at the size of the table, and how small the pockets were.
I never wanted to play anything but pool since. :-[
Pool players are clowns in comparisons to the artists of the snooker.
Seeing a long pot on TV is one thing.
You will never appreciate the difficulty of it until you've seen a snooker table in real life IMO.

Indeed it's fucking ridiculous!
It makes me laugh the difference in pocket sizes between an American pool table and a snooker table, no wonder the Americans haven't got the balls to play snooker!
My highest break is probably a red, black, red, black... :-X
I remember at school everyone used to talk shit by saying they had breaks of 70+ ::)

So I'm guessing that snooker is not that popular in Sweden? No snooker clubs or many snooker tables to be found?

Not really.
The funny thing is, snooker has become a pretty big TV sport in Sweden. Lots of people watching it on Eurosport.
Despite the fact that there is a total of 45, yes forty-five, snooker tables in all of Sweden.
I guess we'll never see a Freddie Ljungberg winning at The Crucible. :'(
