Jeff and I were pretty good freinds in the 90's when I live in Vencie. He is a good guy.

Yep met Jeff at the Honolulu Golds when he was in. Very nice guy
-
I met Jeff at a contet in Florida in 1995......one of the nicest pros I`ve ever met,I shot the shit with him for over 2 hours before the contest started.
-
I never met him :'(
-
Come on people! Let's find that boy... where's Poulin?
-
Really nice guy. I met him in 1992 when he came to the Gold's gym in Thunder Bay. I was 10 at the time. Oh wait, there is no Gold's gym here. Oh never mind, maybe that didn't happen. :P

I remember the night he came home from the North American Championships. The show was held in Tijuana Mexico and we had not heard who won yet. Well Poo-Poo walks into Gold's Venice, the night after the show, and we all ask "How'd you do? Top 5? We're you dry?" Poo-Poo causally says, "Dudes. I did good. I won the heavy-weights and the overall and got my IFBB Pro card."
We all went crazy! Jeff was very modest about the whole thing and just very happy to get his pro card. In his previous pro qualifier he had placed 8th. That being the case, we were not expecting Jeff to return with his pro card. Very cool indeed.

24.
bastard

lol. It's good times now and I know it's the prime of my life, but I honestly think a person can extend their prime until at least 50, especially with HRT. Just look at Christopher Knight.
the aches and pains start at 35 though brother!... esp if you were a child athlete

Interesting. As it is now I honestly don't feel any different than when I was 16. Albert Beckles always said that age is just a number, and I do believe this is more true than some believe. I really hope I can keep a high quality of life for as long as possible. Let's see where a healthy lifestyle and my genetics take me. I'm hoping for the best!
PS - what I try to avoid most of all is stress!
I wish I only ever did bodybuilding... basketball is what fvucked my ankles, knees, hip and lower back!

Good story it's refreshing to hear stories of level headed bodybuilders.
