I agree, but what if doing that shortens your life? would you still do it? thats the question. lets just say YES it would.

dunno, depends on how good this long healthy life is, if im still enjoying life i wud like to live to enjoy it as long as possible but if life kicked dirt in my face then id hulk up lol.

i get ridiculed all the time about it being not healthy with the eggs everyday and training with weights puts your heart up and down so much in short times and blah blah this and that, tuna with mercury and so much food to diegest everyday. But i don't see myself stopping any time soon and im still ok. I do hope i won't get any problems down the road and if i could see into the future im sure i'd try to do something so that doesn't happen, but you can't live life that way. so im on your train as well.

I am 5'8" ish...maybe i bit taller by 1/2 an inch, and i weigh 221-225 lbs.

A little of both, anyone who says other wise is full of shit. That said, I do want to get as big as I can and reach all my goals. That may or may not mean that some of the things I do are or would be deemed "unhealthy" but I look at it in 2 ways. First off, I'd much rather do what makes me happy and to have goals that I'm excited about reaching. And second, the way I see it, the way I live, although some of it may not be the "healthiest" I'm definitely better off then the way the majority of people live, destroying their bodies with fast food, cigarettes, alcohol, and simply being fat ass lazy slobs.
