We had a thread on that vid before, I think it's Wong Hong. He's a pro.

Wong is confirmed doing the IFBB Australian Pro on 10th March 2007 after almost 2 and a half years hiatus due to business commitment. Currently training very hard and the last time i saw him (3 weeks ago) he was looking huge and thick! Like to see him do well in his next show!! By the way yup, his legs are SICK!!!!!  :o

It's not Branch, but it is damn inpressive.  Doesn't look like synthol, to me.
