How do you get on paypal if your debit cards are blocked ?

The fast way is to attach to a credit card. Or take about a week to attach it to a bank account.

Trouble is I can't transfer funds from paypal into a credit card .
You can only do that via a bank account in the UK.

Wasn't mentioned. Then get to work straightening it out/setting up a bank connection or having paypal issue a check, and/or use someone else's account in the meantime.
