Has anybody used any of the following supplements???
1). Muscle Tech GAKIC (GAKIC, also known as glycine-l-arginine-alpha-ketoisocaproic acid calcium).
2). Muscle Tech LEUKIC (L-leucine-ketoisocaproic acid)
3). Muscle Tech CREAKIC (Creatine)
4). SAN VAULT (Creatine)
5). Nutrex Vitargo CGL (Creatine)
I am looking for a good Creatine Supplement and any supplement that you can recommend for energy/endurance.
I live in Australia and as such I dont have the access to all the goodies that you do in the US.
Any information that you can supply I would greatly appreciate.

From a fellow Aussie, welcome to the board Davo!
I'll hijack this thread a tad and ask if anyone knows exactly why Creatine is so effective?
-

I've used 1 and 2; briefly used 3 (via CELL-TECH RTD).
GAKIC pills are too expensive; so I got the powder. It's cheaper, I'm told, because it's being phased out, largely due to its ungodly taste. But, it works well. I've been using it for two months straight and my lifts (rep-wise) are up, pretty much across the board.
LEUKIC is pretty good, cheaper at Vitamin Shoppe than at GNC (until GNC does its markdown thing).
I haven't used VAULT, but I tried its predecessor, V-12. Fairly good, but EXTREMELY SWEET. Great to use, if you're doing the low-carb thing. I had more CELL-TECH than I had V-12; therefore, I ended up cycling my carbs, cutting them from my meals to allow for those in CELL-TECH.
I will likely try CELL-TECH Hardcore, in a few months when GNC drops the price. In the meantime, the old CELL-TECH formula will be on sale and come Wednesday, I should be able to clean up.

For creatine get some of ON's cheep stuff. IF you can tollerate the powder then get it, else get the pills, then take 35 grams of dextrose for every 5 grams of creatine so it properly absorbs into your muscles. For energy buy a bottle of this stuff. http://www.senutrition.com/metabolic-fuel.html (http://www.senutrition.com/metabolic-fuel.html). Take as directed, do not exceed dosages!!! This is a good old ECA the way they used to make them before law suits stopped the major players from manufacturing them. I have bought 4 bottles from this company, Very repuable

For what type of exercise do you need endurance? I am also a cyclist and it slowed me down. So if that's the case I would recommend a few other things besides creatine...
-
I didn't like any of them, i know i won't waste my money ever again.

Give our Max Endurance stack a try. It is very reasonably priced and will do exact what the name implies.
