my girlfreind is a competitive bodybuilder and she's 5feet6 inches tall, she's 160lbs on stage at 8% bodyfat, and her arms are 18inches during the season

Your "girlfriend" is either extremely fat or a hardcore steroid user. There aren't many men with 18" arms at that height and bodyweight. Mike Mentzer, Shawn Ray, and Franco Columbu had 18.5" arms. ::)

That is him contest ready so they are probably around 22-24 inches. It is highly possible offseason he gets them up to 25 inches. The man is the freackiest bodybuilder ever!

Gunter claims 23" arms and he is closer to the camera than Ronnie in that picture and Ronnie's arms still look way bigger. I don't think 25" is out of the question if the other pros aren't lying.

Come on Matt. You know that bodybuilding is the biggest sport as far exagerations. In measurements, bodybuilders weights, and the poundages they lift. Arthur Jones measured Arnolds arms at their biggest and the were slightly under 20" cold. He claimed 22.5". At that time around 1973-1974 only Sergio and big Louie had arms that measured a muscular 20"+ cold at near contest bodyweight.

Ronnie's arms are just unbelievable here. Best of all time hands down...not even arguable. The separation between the tricep and bicep is unbelieveable. He has it all, size, split bicep, separation, vascularity...truly awesome 8)

On an ABSOLUTE scale, Ronnie's are better (best ever). However, relative to his frame, Priest's arms are freakier. Although he doesn't have as good tricep/bicep separation as Ronnie, he has better forearms and biceps like bowling balls. Could you imagine if Priest was 300lbs how freaky his arms would be :o

Hulkster, is it not possible that, in contest shape, along with the diuretics and such and things that elimiminate excess fat and water, Sergio Olivia had more muscle mass than Paul Dillett?Ronnie may be another story as Ronnie, IMO, is in a leugue of his own.However, Olivia has been described as the most muscular bodybuilder of all time.His muscle bellies were unbelivable.Is it not possible that in contest shape, cut and dried, Olivia sported just as much muscle mass as Dillet, and possibly, but not likely, Coleman, just on a smaller frame?

Sergio with todays nutrition, training and drugs would have just been that much bigger than he was. Then again he wouldn't have had a 60" chest with a 27" waist today. He probably would have ruined his physique with drugs like pot bellied fucks like Ruhl, Ronnie, Cutler etc...

Good point and well put, however, I believe Sergio was under six feet and Dillet was over six feet(I apologize, I dont know their individual respective hieghts).I was just thinking it might be possible that Oliva's hieght to muscle mass ratio could be equal or equivilant to Dillets.Not to mention Olivia might have held less water and fat in contest shape than Dillet did.Dillet's mistakes due to pre-contest prep have been well documented, no disrespect to Paul.
