I think he did the Ironman and a few of the other spring shows. Don't think he place all that great.

Yeah right. That is not an accurate statment, as there are plenty who dabble with juice where I train, and only a couple of them look great, bc they diet and eat right, and do it all...

The others are big, well huge- compared to us but nothing special as they shring back to normal when they get off...

Thats why I never will bother with that, its temporary, whats the point.
