For those of you who dont know what gynecomastia is or have never seen it removed surgically...here it is...

Gynecomastia isnt just fat but its also glandular tissue...it shows how it is dissected out and even shows the patient holding the mass of tissue after surgery.

too bad whats happened out in Orange County. Used to be a beautiful place filled with artists and creative types, now it is all digusting new rich, with no taste in anything, getting plastic surgery. Long gone are the orange groves..... :'(

I saw this guy in a episode of Son-of-a-Beach and that shit was crazy. it was jumping outta the TV at you. When he was swinging on the rings that shit just looks ridiculous - looke like Buatista when he has tits.

His gyno was just as bad as Paco Bautista's!!!

I bet you Jonnie Jackson would look better if only he had his gyno removed
