Hi there, I am actually looking for a website where can I find a guide for a weight lifting? Includes the pictures and video if possible.
I knew www.bodybuilding.com but if you can give me any other website. Thanks A lot Guys.

I don't like www.bodybuilding.com. I see it as a store to compare prices, no really interesting info.
