even though back home wrestling was never popular, i've heard of him- and saw some of his fights- he looked impressive... the match with yokozuna- he picked that guy up... that was some weigth

He'll be shinking down very quickly. He now has to submit to drug test on a regular basis for steroids and etc. If he gets in trouble one more time, he'll be in prison for a very long time so he's on his best behavior.

I think just for possession, they were living together and taking a lot of pharmaceuticals, but I could be wrong.

When Miss Elizabeth OD'd, they found a ton of steroids in the house (I think he was distributing), and Lex got into all kinds of trouble--don't think he served any time though. Anyway, the guy still does a little bit of wrestling; I know Sting when to bat for him a couple of times in TNA, but I don't think much has come of it.

On May 1, 2003 in Marietta, Georgia, Lex Luger/Larry Pfohl (with whom she was living) called 9-1-1 from his home and reported that Elizabeth was not breathing. The 9-1-1 operator told him to give her mouth to mouth resuscitation, but Elizabeth did not respond. Paramedics rushed her to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead at age 42.
Police launched an investigation because, two weeks prior to her death, Lex Luger had been arrested on charges of domestic violence. Police found pills of hydrocodone and alprazolam (Xanax) as well as anabolic steroids, testosterone and saizen in the home Luger and Hulette shared. The subsequent autopsy showed that Hulette died of an accidental drug overdose, having ingested some of the medications with vodka. Luger was cleared of any wrongdoing in connection with her death, but he was charged with felony drug charges. In her honor, a slide show of her career was shown on WWE SmackDown!

This guy is 50 years old. He looks much better and still has a 100 times better body today than 99 % of all 50 year old guys out there. Compare Lugers body with your dad's bodies..........
Same idiots who talk about Arnold how shitty he looks. A 60 year old man looking absolutely fantastic for his age and they alwas compare him with his Mr. Olympia shape 30 years ago........ ::)

I remember adds for ICON a supplement company I think and his arms seemed to be so huge but then again I was only like 8 years old.

I know he was living in or around Gainesville, Florida for awhile. I went to college there and I would see him around town some times. He also lived in Atlanta too. I think Elizabeth died in 2003, but it could be 04. Lex had a town of gear and party drugs in his posession when the police came and found Elizabeth dead and I believe he was charged with a bunch of shit.

Lex is pushing 50 and way over the hill, but, when he was in his prime, he was one of the best conditioned athletes, and had one of the greatest athletic physiques of all-time.

I heard he got up to 300lbs a few years ago in Japan in hopes that McMahon would bring him back. I never did see pics of that though. I think the biggest I've seen him was in WCW when he came back from an injury 10-15lbs bigger, and claimed 4% bodyfat.

he used to own Main Event fitness with Sting in Atlanta. Big dude when he was on....6'5 280. When he got in a motorcycle accident he dropped to about 220. Now he is skinny again and looks like TA

Not like in the 60-80's era most looked like they've never seen the inside of the gym. Lex set a new standard in what a wrestler should look like. Last I herd, He and Sting owned car dealerships and gyms in the Ga- Fla area.

I trained with him in 1990 here. He didn't seem that tall. I have a pic somewhere of us I will find it and scan. I know he was a little taller than me though. He seemed like a nice guy. Good strength. We weren't really training hard so couldn't tell.
