Title: fast food, candy, and bourbon = chiseled grainy abs

i dont get it. yesterday i ate a bunch of chocolate, ive been eating fast food once a day for the last week, last night i pounded some fast food then ended up going to a halloween party and i drank probably 9 wild turkeys (101 proof) and some beer, went home and ate a bowl of cheap ground beef, went to sleep, and then woke up only THREE and a half hours later more refreshed than ive been all week, all full of energy, no trace of a hangover at all, and my midsection was totally leaned out even the lower abs part and i have a real dry look al over and i feel awesome right now.

its fuckin weird how things work out some times.

I always feel better when I cheat after along time of eating so clean too. it is weird.

  An occassional cheat-meal can help speed up a sluggish metabolism, especially during reduced-carb dieting.

  Occassional cheat-meals can alleviate the often grumpy frame of mind that accompanies low-carb dieting, too. Have a pizza, Wooo!  :D ;D

seriously eat whatever the fuck you want, as long as you dont go too overboard on portions and burn off the calories it doesnt matter at all.

My fav cheat was always a ham omelet with three whole wheat pancakes and honey to top them off. Yum...

  My two favorite cheat-meals are two quarter-pounders from Mickey-D's and a meat-lover's pizza from Pizza Hut, both chased with a low-carb Monster. :P

Your abs looked better becuz the ab mucles were full (filled with glycogens) and they bulged through your skin (and fat) more. You're gettin the effect similar to carb loading. If you keep doing that, you're gonna get fat. Cheat days are great, but you should only do it once in a while.
