Worth having just for marketing purposes alone. People will be interested to see them. The dumbells will draw business. They will also make the local geeks think they are joining the hardest of hardcore gym when they see. " Home of the worlds largest dumbells" posted on the wall...

I recall a few photos of King and Nasser at some gym in Hawaii, I think, using 300 lb. dbs for rows etc. They were on some old school motorcycles n' stuff... post the pics if anybody has a clue what I'm talkin' about.

375lbs is probably too much. 250s or even 300s yes but a 375lb dumbell is too impractical for any normal lifts. Shrugs is about the only exercise you could do with them without cheating - anything else like presses would either get in the way of your head or each other. Pointless I say.

We had 300 lb. DB's at the gym here and anyone who could put one back on the DB rack got a free one year membership. Those are huge. You could use them for the "farmers walk" if you promote a strongman competition. YOu should get Ronnie or some other strong BB orpowerlifter to come to your Grand Opening and see if they can maybe row one. A deadlift competition with both would be cool. No straps allowed. That would be awesome

wow 12 reps with the 300s is very impressive..ronnie can easily get 5-6 reps withe 375s.it is possible

the angle is also questionable... oone thing to row those things... another to hold it at that angle with ur wrist?... maybe the screen cap caught it at the top of a swing... however this may also mean that the guy just swung it up,...
the real question is, assuming this is a screen cap, which is what it looks like to me,,,,,, y not post the video?... or at least a full shot

Yeah, it was taken with a cell phone.. We had a few other members get a video on their phone.. Trust me, just getting these off the ground is crazy.. Nobody has got these for a full rep yet..

u can make your new dumbbells out of depleted uranium. they are 2.4 times heavier than iron, so u can cut down the size of the dumbbells but still maintain the weight.
