"Man, Ihad a good one today guys and gals... went to train @ decater golds today @ 230pm... I had real deep tissue massage at 7am this morning so I was not sure how I would feel...got warmed up with some extentions with 100lbs 2 sets... rolled over to the power rack for some regular squats... 2 sets of 135 to get warm 15 reps... then 225 for 12, 315 for 2 sets of 12... okay, wrapped the kness for 1 set of 405 for 10... feeling good, lower back getting a bit tight but I am mr o.., 495... wrap the kness, legs are full as can be, roll off the rack no spot, bang out 9 reps... my heads ready to pop!!... man, I felt good...
next onto the leg press, the icarian one which is heavy...
start off with 5 plates a side, 12 reps, got the feel... then add 3 per side, 12 reps..., ok, 2 more, all the machine holds and this sled is heavy people... 12 reps, man, I struggled and screamed for th last 2... no one in the gym... so it was cool...
1 more set with 10 plates... thats it, my legs were ready to explode...but not done yet... front squats, 225 to warm up... bang out 12 rock bottom, rest, thow on 315... bang out 12... shoot, this is feeling good... 405... a bit too much, crank out 5 rock bottom reps... could have got 6, bu it would have been ugly...now I can barely walk, but we roll to leg extentions... flex super leg extention... the best, really pulls the quad... 1st set is 150lbs... 15 reps, stretch, then up to 210 for 12, rest, then throw on 250... shoot, my kness are gonna tear, but thinking of the o, and how bad i want it, i get 10 reps, screaming in pain, everyone @ the front desk is watching... is this guy nuts?....
here we are a month after the show and I can tell you guys, I have never been hungrier for this in my whole life, it took me 16 yrs to get it and I plan to keep it...
thank goodness I am off tommorrow, I am heading to AZ for a signing @ one stop in glendale... let you know how it goes and then I will tell you about hamstrings after quads... I can barely walk tonight!!!!

i like Jay but big deal, that's a workout that any guy who's been training for more than 3-4 years should be able to do, for a world class bb'er i'm not impressed at all.

damn 495lbs on the quat for reps is pretty awesome and a total of 20 plates on the leg press is even more impressive..who said jay was not strong :o

that's the only movement listed on there that i don't do but i could easily handle that weight easily if i chose to do them, hahahaha, you "guys" are a bunch of pussies if you think that 495 on squats is hard.

Seriously, Ronnie is impressive. I am no where near a bodybuilder, and when I was 22 in college I could go 8-10 reps, deep, with 405, and then finish with 505 for a double. Shit, my lower back is smoked now and I still go 8 reps with 385 on squats. I am natural as well, so a juiced up bodybuilder should be more than capable of these lifts.

There's friggin' freshmen on our football team that work out with what Jay does, albeit, big freshman You'd still think the "best" bodybuilder in the world could out do high school students. Even then, what does Ronnie have to do with Jay working out like a little girl? There's no question Ronnie owns Jay in working out, he does have a background in powerlifting and all, not even Jay's Nitro-Tech could save him from that.

How much one rests between those sets has a "monster" effect, as does the speed and technique used to do the lift.

He is a professional bodybuilder, not a professional powerlifter. These guys lift to give off the illusion of being strong, but more importantly in order to make their bodies bigger and better defined. There is no need to do astronomical loads of weight.

Altered? Both those pictures are on flexonline. The picture is not altered lmao. That picture has not been photoshopped in any way shape or form .Go look on flexonline where it was posted under the prejudging from the second gp show ahahah. I opened it with microsoft paint and used the circle tool to circle his muscle tears. The fact you think that pic is altered is halarious. By the way the back shot I posted is 100 percent real and from the collection of gp pictures also lol. Just the fact you think the pics are photoshopped shows how bad he really looked at that show. He improved greatly by the last show. That back shot I posted was taken off flexonline as well as that relaxed shot. I did not photoshop a thing. If you go on the flex website and go to the gallery from the second gp show the first back shot is on the first page of the prejudging pics. The relaxed shot is from the second page of Ronnie pictures. Gp show number 2.. Haha owned.
