it´s true my skin on that photo is like the wall ::) but i think there a two reasons for that,
1. picture was taken with "flash" (indoor)
2. after 2-3 days at holiday my skin was stressed a little bit from the sun which is more powerfull than "at home" in germany.
so, i think from now on i have to change my nickname from "Charlys69" into "the wall" ;). I like pink (not the colour), but the Rockstar...she`s cool.... :)
I think back is one of my best bodyparts, i like all kind of rowing movements, so 2/3 of my back training is rowing movements, and 1/3 is pullups or some kind of pulldowns.
short clip from last week...
Right now my bodyweight/bodyfat% is to high for me (290 lbs.), so i like to cut down for next spring/summer to a better weight around to 260-270lbs.

Where are you? great camo skillz

This dude either blends in with the wall or is hiding in the dark.
Monster Need for Infared
ps quit whatever you are doing and jump from somewhere high above the ground.

NICE PIC BRO! BUT, WHY DO YOUR EYES LOOK RED? U LOOK LIKE YOU WANNA RIP SOME DUDES HEAD OFF AND SHIT DOWN HIS NECK. EASE UP ON THE JUICE BRO! ;D (JUST KIDDING!) u look good dude!
-
Hahaha.
Too funny to see the comments ripping on this guy. He was the topic on the G&O awhile ago, he's fcuking huge. And strong as well.
I doubt there are many guys Pro or Amateur, bigger than him.
Not many who are stronger either.

why does hi pause in a nother video , on the smith. But his shoulder press is impresstive.
-
uh......I'm surprised by your comments here hedge. Normally you're based in reality.
Big, sure. Bigger than pro's? No.
And what kinda of wimpy sets are those (I watched both the incline press and machine side laterals)? Pausing for 2 seconds after each rep with relatively light weights...uh...all I can say is I'm baffled as to why you're saying that (unless you're being sarcastic and I'm just missing it). You'd loose any kind of pump -- or warmth even -- with that kind of resting. It's like he's just playing around on the machines.
I don't get it how you would call 415 lbs incline machine presses for reps light?
Of course there are Pros and amateurs that are bigger than him. But I doubt there are many.
Just look at his stats.

On that machine, yea. It's fairly close to Hammer Strength, and loading up plates on those isn't hard compared to barbell inclines.
And when you say he's bigger, do you mean height-wise leading to more overall mass? Then, yes he's bigger than everyone but Quincy Taylor. But then I'm bigger than Lee Priest ;D
I should have specified that I was referring to proportionately size-wize.
He holds a lot of mass IMO.
Here's a good clip of him doing DB rows with 198 lbs.
