But, you gotta admit that the variation on the standard upright rowing movement, that Bertil was performing, by carrying the bar up over his head, is an excellent variation on this exercise to hit the traps and delts!

Hope he's getting a chance to practice these in prison!

Joe Gold didn't seem to mind Bertil grunting at his World Gym and trust me, you didn't drop a weight with Joe around.

You know what is amazing about him more than anything is his eloquent diction when he speaks. Not naming names, but boy is it nice to see a bber (even a convicted one) sound like he got through at least 5th grade.

I agree, and it also seemed that he was enjoying what he was doing. How things have changed.  :-\
