He came in and did a couple sets of dips. I guess it was just warm up. He then went straight to the flat bench and loaded up 315 and benched it at least 30 times. Then he benched 405 for 12. Then 495 for 12. He then benched 585 for 6 clean reps. I could see the veins in his pecs through his shirt. Unbelievable performance. They should have had the Gakic contest with 405 rather than 225. He won with 225 but he probably could have pressed 405 for 25 or more.
-
of course he did. ::)

Hey little buddy, how is school coming along? How is 9th grade? Did you try out for any sports yet?
-
if you indeed witness that feat of strenght, please, snap some pics and post it. there would be a lot less head scratching. Jeramy is strong. but, here, we love evidences
-
that feat would make him easily the strongest shirt free bencher in the world, he's lying.
-
He's no Klaus.

Sounds a bit far-fetched, buddy. :-\
Hey, if he did then props to him.
-
I bet he had a guy "holding" the bar (but not assisting AT ALL!) throughout, right Don Dada?
-
of course he did. ::)
Just because you have not yet graduated from your vinyl barbell set doesn't mean other people aren't strong...
How's your mother doing? Are you still seeing the therapist about your internet addiction?

DarthPussy, why do you even bother posting? Are you still crying out for attention? Pack up and hit the road, child.

with the advanced power rod technology utilized by the bowflex it is possible to bench 585 for 20reps
bowflex + cell-tech = money bench press action

Good for him......he should stick with powerlifting!
-
I'm not buying it until Toney himself confirms it.

Why would Toney confirm it? Jeramey was the one who supposedly pressed it.
-
Not only does Freeman have a pair of the goofiest eyebrows in the sport but he's incredibly strong. ::)
-
Good for him......he should stick with powerlifting!
What I always say: Go heavy is what separates athletes from shitty juicy rats! Freeman is big, strong and fit!
-
We all know that Jeremy Freeman doesnt go all the way down when he bench presses. thats the reason why he beat Phil heath on the bench press competion that Phil should have won
-
They added the weight up wrong. He did 785 and actually did 15 reps. ::)
-
how heavy is he?

I hear he draws extra strength for pressing movements from his monster triceps.
-
Man of steel claims to have seen a guy do 495 for 27 reps, so this should be no big deal ::)
-
he only did 12 at 405... hell, chick can do 22 at 405lbs!... ;)
-

Toney isn't the one claiming it. I could say I saw a rock fly but no one is going to take my word for it unless the rock claims it itself.

DarthPussy, why do you even bother posting? Are you still crying out for attention? Pack up and hit the road, child.
Why do you keep calling me Darth? I'm not he. Yet again I fucked with the heads of the SQUAT and PWNED you all for the umpteenth time. It is just too easy.
Now, shouldn't you be studying instead of posting on here so much, college boy? How is the weather up there in Connectictut these days, "Berzerk Fury"?

what does toney have to do with JEREMY freeman benching?

Translation: I have ties to MuscleTech and sales for Gacik are dropping so hopefully a newbie combing these boards will come across this and run out to GNC and buy more Gacik and various other MuscleTech products so he can 'bench more' than his buddies on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights.
-
Freeman's form at the Gakic contest was laughable.....
He should have been disqualified for those 1/8 reps he was doing....
-

lol....Gakic, creakic, leucik, cell tech, meso tech, nitro tech, and every other techs you can think of are ripping those kids all around the country

YEP! Very true...excellent post. MT are STRICTLY shooting for the uneducated inexpierenced demographics of 16-24yrs old. The newbs.
Let's stop talking about that company...they get no play here at Getbig. We don't endorse them.

So is this how he keeps that MuscleTech contract?? When is going to compete ??? And now he should hit some curls.

Remember when Muscletech first came on the scene...about 1994-1997? I forgot the actual year. But I was one of the first to order through mail their muscle stack...acetabolin, hydroxycut and something else. It was supposed to be a research facility needing testers to use their product and test the effectiveness. MuscleMag did a story on them.
MuscleMag Internation did a story on them but it was their way of promoting them. Ther interview was on Paul Gardiner who then was some sort of head of research for muscletech. Back then I thought that they were some pharmacy lab creating safe anabolics
He was stating that MuscleTech's job was creating the best supplements that promote and build muscle without any regard to cost meaning , they will use the highest quality ingredients, spend money for research to make the best nutritional supplements without regards to cost, blah blah blah!
I used to believe in them until I found out that it wasnt a reasearch facility....they just made epedra even more popular and put a heay price tag on supplements that hardly did shit and ripped people off
If they were creating stuff (without regards to cost), then why didnt they make a safe, anabolic steriod that doesnt have side effects? Or a freakin protein powder that actually made you bigger when you actually drank it?
I lost faith in them a long time ago when I found out that these guys werent a reasearch facility

Yeah they had a bunch of prohormones that didn't do jack shyt - the hydroxycut was cool and their cell-tech worked good for me in 1999 but not when I tried it again in 2002.
-
Today I benched 405lbs for 134 non-stop reps using (of course) science. It's toooo eazzy!!!
-
Umm yeah right. It was GAKIC that helped him bench that much. Sure, I believe that. By the way, I have some dirt cheap ocean front property in Cleveland that I need to sell, let me know if you're interestic.
The GAKIC he's taking about it
Growth hormone Anabolics Special K Insulin Clen

here's the reason i think the claim is full of shit....nick winters does 600 for 3 and freeman benches just under for 6???...that would make freeman with his long arms a world class bencher anomaly....i think freeman cannot press 600 or 58something for that matter for even a single rep....we should hear wolfies oppinion on the matter....500 for 12????...STFU...obviously know nothing about benching
-
Anybody else remember that Jeremy Freeman guy that used to post here about 2 years ago? I forgot his name, but all the guy would post about is Jeremy. Jeremy was going to show up at the NOC (when the IFBB still had it) and take the entire show. He was going to place top 3 in the Olympia, yet never qualified for it- didn't even make top 6 at the NOC either.
Maybe this guy is the same guy back for more....god I hope not!
-
Man of steel claims to have seen a guy do 495 for 27 reps, so this should be no big deal ::)
No, MOS said he witnessed (both live and on tv) a few different men rep with 405 for 30+ reps......not 495......MOS later saw two of those men bp 700+lbs. These men were from the Christian witnessing strength team formerly known as the Power Team. MOS then reminded Getbig members that onlyme and his crew from the past would bp 405lbs for sets of 20.

PWNED? Do you really think so? Ha! If memory serves several others, including myself caught you bitch! Then I went off onto the whole gamer talking tangent and all that...point is, you didn't pwn anybody, and you're sure doin' a retarded ass job of trying to cover it. PWN3D bitch.

How's your mother doing? Are you still seeing the therapist about your internet addiction?
Like I said toolr1976(darth), if you indeed think this guy is 14, then what does it say about you that you are a 30something guy, arguing and bashing him on the INTERNET!! What kind of dude taunts a 14 year old that is suicidal? Not saying the guy is only 14 and suicidal, but thats what you think he is and it basically makes you a piece of shit. But hey, all of us already knew that. Later loser.
-
Well...no...but Ryan Connolly can do it for a triple. ;)
Kennelly? he used to be able to do it for more.
-

He doesn't taunt him, DarthMuscle's life is OBSESSED with said 14 year old kid. Just look at him trying to salvage his internet reputation. The guy is one sad individual.
-
what does toney have to do with JEREMY freeman benching?
8)
LOL Oh shit, I mixed up the Freeman's.
-
LOL! My bad. I have a friend named Ryan Connell. How many was Ryan able to do it for before?
Kennelly's done 495X12 and 600X3 raw numerous times . . . there used to be a vid on irongame of him doubling 600 like it's nothing.
-
Jeramy weighs just under 300. He did not wear a shirt nor did a spotter help him lift the weight. He did warm ups with 315. he didnt even bother with 135 or 225. He went straight into 315 after doing some dips.
of course he did. ::)
-
405 for 30 + reps!!LOL! what bullshit!
-
lol....Gakic, creakic, leucik, cell tech, meso tech, nitro tech, and every other techs you can think of are ripping those kids all around the country
Its funny when you witness it. i go to gnc every now and then and see high schoolers go in there and get the cell tech nitro tech stack talking about how their friends arms got huge taking those supplements lol. they think they dont even have to weight lift with it. they say things like "i cant wait to get huge its gonna be so easy" the gnc salesman character encourages the piss out of them too lol. "Yeah ive seen guys gain 10 pounds in a month when they used creakic and gakic together." LOL
-
405 for 30 + reps!!LOL! what bullshit!
What possible incentive would I have in lying about this?
-
was one of them James Henderson, MOS?
Honestly I don't remember, but that name is familiar....it was 8-12 years ago I saw them........of the two 700lb+ benchers was a huge black guy and the other a huge white guy....that's about all the details I got LOL!
-
Didnt Jim Quinn once comment(circa '93), how he knew for a fact that Ken "Flex" Wheeler had benched 405 for 25 reps with 0.0% cheating whilst prepping for the O? Apparently the lowest recorded reading of cheat on a movement ever recorded at Gold's Venice... as witnessed by Billy Smith.

LOL, shoot him a PM smartass!
-
Jeramy did flat flyes with 160lb dumbells today. His are were barely bent and he did 10 full reps! On his next movement he Inclined 455 for 11 reps. This was a barbell movement! NOT the smith machine.
were is this at? doesnt he and blair moone(sp?) have a personal training business in syracuse? i saw freeman up their once. dudes strong as hell

i'd be willing to bet that was james henderson and glenn chabot. there's a video of henderson raw benching 700 (with a bit of a bounce) without much of a struggle, and i've posted a video of chabot hitting 600 for 3 almost sickeningly easy.

His scrawny arms supported 160lb dbs on flys?

160's pffft...that's warmup weight.

it is steroids that help him do those things,if he even can, not any of the supplements you like to lie about to everyone and sell.
-
Somebody saw Jeramy doing weighted Pull-ups with 3 plates Hanging on his nutsack ;D

nahhhh, surely not. :o

405 for 30 + reps!!LOL! what bullshit!
actually anthony derizzo did 405 for 23 reps in competition agaisnt ed coan back in the 90's...so some people can i guess. Anthony also pressed 660...so some of these 700+ raw guys could do it.

not entirely impossible. siders and nick winters have both pushed 405 for 20 or so and neither of them have over a 650 raw max.

i just don't believe that D'rezzo did either one, i'd believe 405 for 6 and 485-495 for a single but not 23 reps with 405 and 660.

Gotta call bullshit on that. I would believe it if his name was Kazmier.
-

exactly, why is it that it's always the bench press that guys exaggerate and lie about, it's hardly ever squats, deadlifts, lying extensions, power cleans, always benches and curls.
-
Freeman is also a tall guy, compared to all the midget in the sport today. He can handle 585lbs, but I'm not sure if 6 reps is exagerated
-
Chabot used to train at the same gym I did and I would routinely see him do 650 like a hot knife going through butter, for triples.
-

650 raw? if that's the case, then Jeramy should consider WSM competition

hey fucking idiot this was in competition, go search around skittle tits...shit the article on him gave one of 500+ benchs from a comp...of course they didnt list the best ones. But whatever fuck stick, the guys dead so its a moot point.
