Title: I should have done the NPC Carolina Clash
Post by: Vince G, CSN MFT on November 08, 2006, 05:14:42 PM
I think I would have had a great change of doing well at the show if continued training and completed as a  middleweight rather than heavyweight.  From what I understood, the show was ran very well and there were a few buddies of mine I could have met that I haven't seen in years.  I could have gained some good experience and  I'll definitely do the show next year that's for sure.

Let me hit you with an X-frame.  With some more training and dieting for the extra 4 weeks and come down to a middleweight, I would have been a serious contender.

Something in 2008.  I feel good about my ability to get into proper condition now, but I recognize the need to add 10-15 quality pounds before competing again.  After seeing the photos, I know that conditioning is the only reason that I won.  So, It's gonna be 18 months of heavy basics before I diet again.

I think that if I do get down to comp size, it will barely show because it was much worse looking in 2004.  If not, I'll get the surgery.  Not a big rush because its not like I'm going to be competing in the open division anytime soon

hey iono vince, there were some pretty good competitors at the clash, i went to the mountaineer, clash, and elite, clash being the worst of them all, but even then the middleweights would be shorter and carry alot more muscle making you look lanky by comparison

Vince, before you get anywhere near a stage again you need to spend at least a year lifting weights...HEAVY WEIGHTS..and eating lots of food...CLEAN FOOD....and then you should spend at least 12 weeks on a REAL precontest diet. Then and only then should you even consider getting on stage.

You need to spend ALL and I mean ALL of you money on as much, test, deca, sust, prop, tren, GH, IGF-1, Dbol, Winni, CLen you can get your hands on because you 0 Muscle on your frame ANYWHERE Vince.

WTF were you thinking, just because your a so called Nutrionist you can compete in Bodybuilding?

My god when will the Madness of Delusional People stop!!!!!!!!

I'm never using steroids again ever.  I may have looked 500% better but it wasn't worth the health problems I accumulated from it.  I'm competing clean with only natural products and I'm sticking to my promise.  Its much harder to do but its worth it.

No, I don't need that long.  12 weeks is sufficient but I need to be more EFFICIENT.  My main issue is my final week prep which is a complete clusterfuck.  Getting rid of the subcutous water under the skin will be a big priority for future shows.

2 Years?

The first pic below is from 2004.  The second is from 2006.

2 years progress.

Care to revise that estimate?

My bad. I should have clarified my meaning.

Two years of hard training, under the guidance of someone who knows what they are doing.

And lots of anabolics.

I think it is clear that Vince G CSN MFT has lost the plot. I guess Melvin can read, afterall, and has concluded he still needs to lose some fat. Well, instead of also concluding he needs to get off his Pilates machine and rejoin a hardcore gym instead of his fitness facility he decides to lose some fat and compete as a middleweight. That is the mind of a person determined to win a trophy. Instead of building up and getting cut he concludes he has enough size but needs to cut up more. The logic seems sound but goodness me why would a known personal trainer and nutrition guru want to compete on stage in anything but stellar shape?

Melvin confessed that he had gynecomastia ever since he was an adolescent. With the recent exposure of his loin parts it is now a question as to what sex this person really is. Could it be that Vince G is really a woman?! It is not so absurd. I had a person work in my gym as a guy for several months. It turned out he was really a woman! That was a shock. So bizarre things do happen. We would know, then, why there is a reluctance to remove those breasts! The more I read about this amazing individual the more I shake my head. It would explain why 'he' is having so much trouble getting ripped. I demand a DNA test of everyone who competes from the Carolinas!

Vince, I'm not trying to be rude or anything but I've always wondered something when looking at your pictures.  Do you not train abs?  I can see a slight bit of muscle on your body but I don't see any sign of abs.  I would imagine even with the high body fat levels you'd still be able to see some ab's.  Do you not train ab's?

"Welcome to Caliber Fitness Solutions, the most innovative health and fitness company to ever exist. We provide affordable health and fitness solutions to unfavorable medical treatments and procedures. If you have a problem let us give you the solution."

Can you imagine Vince G CSN MFT actually thinking he can give medical advice to anyone? What qualifications has he got to act as a medical professional? I swear this person charlatan is a menace to Ebay, the Fitness Industry and himself! We laugh here at Getbig but this individual knows no limits. I wouldn't hire him to work in my gym as a trainer or nutrition adviser. He probably could be a salesman, though!

If you think its easy to compete, then go purchase your npc card and hop onstage, sunshine.  You'll find that its not as easy as it looks.

Most people are unwilling to take the scrutiny of competing.  I haven't since 1990, and have no intention.  I can't come in with the necessary size and definition to do well without gear.  That being said, I think you should seriously get some outside help to do your pre contest prep.  Hats off to you, you do compete, but to save you from the ongoing abuse here, just come in shape and shut everyone up.

I'm never using steroids again ever.  I may have looked 500% better but it wasn't worth the health problems I accumulated from it.  I'm competing clean with only natural products and I'm sticking to my promise.  Its much harder to do but its worth it.

You never used steroids before Vince why do you lie so much.  If you did then show us a pic.  You have never showed a pic of you on roids.  Lets see it.  You don't have any so you are lying.  So that is a mute issue.  Now this is where math comes into play.  You say 500% better.  Okay.  So if the picture of you is the base of this equation, and it is pretty easy to see that image represents a "0".  Then 500% x 0= 0  So you still look like shit.  Okay now another reality.  You are an embaraassment to the black race.  Please use makeup for now on.  Put some tape on your eyes and look like a real white oriental.  Cause right now you are embarassing the usually genetically gifted black man.  Hope this helps.  And who will you turn to for diet, nutrition, training, posing, and all other aspects of BB to help you.  I thought you knew it all, but from the looks of you, it appears you know nothing.

Read this everyone and tell us if you knew what Vince looks like and actually has knowledge of would you ever buy anything from him.  He has actually sold some stuff to people, which means he has decieved them and taken their money.  I don't consider this good business practice.  Why is there no pics of him on his site to at least show customers that his words are true and that he follows them.

Its funny how Vince always comes back to "at least I got up on stage".  Yes I admit that is very true.  But, you did it drunk and because you lost a bet.  And really, just because you been on stage that DOES NOT make you a bodybuilder by any stretch of anyones imagination.  You are as much a bodybuilder as I am a fitness model.  Well I am actually closer to a fitness model but who cares.

Vince honestly, you would do very well financially if you just rented out your pics as "before" photos in ads.  you would make a killing.

You know, Keith, Melvin is starting to worry me. The combination of a guy with sense and doing silly things hasn't occurred before on Getbig. You have to wonder what the heck is behind this person. What kind of mind thinks like that and persists on a board that slams him like he used to be ridiculed in wrestling as the warmup preliminary boy known as Venom Vince Versace. Time after time he tells us he 'used to' look great but there are never any photos of him then. Melvin is the sort of bloke that would post those images if he had them. He does not hold back and has even presented us with images that no sane person, knowing how this place reacts, would ever contemplate letting us see. So, is this person stupid or just oblivious? I honestly think he might be a masochist and enjoys humiliating himself. He surely has found the right place. He then inflames threads that roast him. I mean, really! Would any intelligent person persist in his own demise?

If Venom Vince Versace has a clue he would capitalize on his infamy and make heaps of money out of being a loser. If he sold Vince G, bee pollen T-shirts they would be a hit. Imagine that prowler pose on a T-shirt with "Venom Vince Versace" underneath. He could have a whole series of them. Heck, I would wear one! He is a marketing genius in reverse. Now he has to capitalize on what he is good at and that is being a laughing stock. I guess no one can expect him to do this but I swear someone should promote him. There is no one else out there like that. The images that appear keep us laughing our asses off as we roll around on the floor. I mean, who else can do that? He isn't a funny guy but he is funny in the way he pontificates and posts as if he is an expert with great credentials. Those two certificates mean bugger all. What would we expect from a guy who can relate to professional bodybuilders and tell them off? Well, let us look at the shape he turns up at on stage. Lo and behold the guy even admits he looks like shit. Gosh, talk about being the opposite of what he thinks he is. The lads here give him advice, tease him, offend him, etc., etc., all to no avail. He continues with his master plan and continues to feel superior to the hapless wannabes on Getbig. We clearly will never see the likes of Goodrum again. The man is a walking stooge of monstrous proportions. It is one of the mysteries of the Irongame that he hasn't been invited to judge or be part of the IFBB mafia.

Sanity isn't required to belong to Getbig. Narcissists, exhibitionists, perverts, fetishists, and the simple-minded all assemble here. The delusional are always welcome to provide mirth and diversion.

Goodrum fits right in. The only thing affecting his credibility is the colossal gap between what he says and what he looks like. He holds his own with anyone on Getbig yet got up on stage and removed any respect for his physique. Now, why would a grown man who is establishing a business selling supplements sabotage his own career? That is plainly daft. I honestly think Melvin is following that saying that 'no publicity is bad publicity' to absurd levels. The man has no sense of what it is to construct a persona on line that is respectable. Instead he is making a buffoon out of himself and aggravating that status each and every day he posts here. I doubt any professional could help or cure our Melvin!

Vince, seriously, I honestly think that you dont even lift weights, and still for someone that doesnt lift wieghts, you still look like shit.  People that have never seen a gym look better than you.

You talk about how you need to lose water and a bit more time for conditioning etc, YOU NEED TO PUT ON SOME MUSCLE before you do any of that.

You have the balls to step onstage?  Looking like shit and goin onstage gives you some balls, I agree.   But this isnt the case with you, you are dilusional and I cant beleive you embarace yourself like that.

Lastly, with EVERYBODY saying you look like shit, doesnt that give you some clue on how you look. After all everybody cant be wrong.  People need to be judged on how they look-this is bodybuilding-and then make improvements.

Other than the people that you are close with or people that maybe are scared to tell you what they think, did anybody ever told you that you look good?

DOnt get pissed that people are telling you what they think; you post, we react, its just to bad that you look so horrible and everybody is just saying the truth

Vince, ignore the haters. It really doesn't matter what people like 'Aushwitz' Adonis and 'fatboy' Kegdrainer think - you have the guts to actually step onto the stage. You've got good biceps, good calves and a pretty good back; you just have to lay off the black mans banquet [fried chicken, watermelon and strawberry milkshakes]. If you nail your conditioning you could do well.

We all know how he looks and he isn't gonna make overnight changes so why not at least give Triple V some advice rather then reminding him of how bad he looked/looks, I mean he is no top NPC competitor but he still gets up on a stage and competes. Yes he is very delusional but maybe, just maybe he will take a look at someones advice given to him, take something from it and apply it. It might sound far fetched for this retard to do something correct but it truly does become unfun to beat up a retard (with words ;)) for the 4th, 5th, 6th....... 36th time.

Hey, Melvin, did you see the movie, "Cool Hand Luke"? If you did then you know that Luke finally told the others to 'stop feeding on me'. Guess you feel the same way here when so many do that to you. Don't you see that you aggravate an already bad situation? If you don't like others posting about you then don't contribute to threads. Most people who get stirred end up either pissed off or very upset. When you tell us off that means all this crap IS getting to you and you don't know how to stop it. Day after day some are amused by your antics and you continue to feed them. Now you are fed up but can do nothing about it. Print up a batch of Bee Pollen Goodrum T-shirts and make a fortune.

Sorry, my standards are much higher than that.  With people like Rhino competing, it would be a waste of my time competing onstage with people who think that they are pros when they are really schmoes.
You coming to the IFBB Vince..

I'm never using steroids again ever.  I may have looked 500% better but it wasn't worth the health problems I accumulated from it.  I'm competing clean with only natural products and I'm sticking to my promise.  Its much harder to do but its worth it.

Vince common 500 times better.  You must of had pics of that.  Didn't think so.  Seriously though, with all the knowledge you have, why compete?  Leave that to others when you can coach and train champions ala Chad.  You seem to be quiet a guru, so let that make your mark.  Your physic surely doesn't and if you can't see that, you're either blind or delusional.  Use your vast knowledge.  You've forgotten more then most know about nutrition and bodybuilding supplements.
