Title: Cardio and MEALS..

When you do PM cardio instead of your normal training, say its an incline walk for 30 minutes to stretch, etc....would would your pw meal consist of? Still shake with simple carbs? Shake and no carbs? Shake and then a meal with carbs? Thoughts.....last meal of day besids prebed casein........
