Uhhhh..... smart food.

Second place after whey protein is creatine. Those two are far ahead of the pack.

I say weight gainer (use it well) and creatine
Steak and a lot of calories t build muscle and strength

Is steak a "supplement" though? If it is, then there is a long list of food items which go to the top of the list. Also in my humble opinion, "weight gainers" do build weight . . . fat weight.

Red Meat and lots of it. 8-10 scrambled whole eggs in the morning. Lots of carbs and heavy training focusing onthe compound movements. Voila!
Stop drinking soda...stop skipping breakfast in the morning, stop the pop tart or bowl of raisin bran if you do...
If you arnet taking 3-4 shits a day from all the food you eat daily then forget it KID.
Listen KID...there are LOTS and LOTS of 400-500lb benchpressers and guys with 19-21'' arms in PRISON right now...they have ZERO access to supplements. They just train hard. Get it now?

yup, a good diet and training regimen followed by the proper amount of rest and add a pinch of patience.

"JUICE" (haha)
1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day most people do not get near enough. lots of calories clean, lots of sleep, glutamine twice a day, and creatine can help.
and DONT OVERTRAIN!!
