just lower the dose and start again it can take a month for your system to get used to it .then work back up slowly i got good results but then when you on
full dose it works out expensive . super pump 2500 blew me appart couldnt
stray more than 20 feet from the toilet best n cheapest option for me is 2
ephedrine 1 aspirin strong black coffee 30 min b4 weights
hope this helps nothin worse than bad guts while training ha

I believe NO Explode played a big role in my getting an ulcer. I have been nursing this thing for weeks and its just starting to get better. IF I ever take it again I will take no more than 1 scoop a day and with plenty of fluid!

Oh, and I never took more than two scoops a day.

Definately. Though my doing so made it less effective for energy. I just wont be using it anymore. I do much better with ECA anyway.

That stuff sucks. Don't waste your time or money. I refuse to give it a try because I know better. Now, go eat a chicken.

What you guys don't know or are too cheep is that No Explode is part 1.  To be taken before training.  After training you should take Cell Mass.  It's part of the system that contains the creatine and other anabolic substances.  Using NO Explode itself is like wearing 1 sock.  NO Explode pre workout, Cell Mass post workout.  That will get you results.

The combo did well for me but eventually anything with creatine in it makes me sick.

It seemed to work for a few days, then I just had headaches and wanted to kill people.

To each their own but even that "stack" sucks monkey balls. The best creatine/NO mix i've ever taken is expand by dymatize and i didn't get the shits

Best creatine produce I've ever used hands down is Creatine Overload.  I never was much of a responder to creatine, but this stuff works.  Anybody ever use it.  It's very new and worth giving a try, even if you're a non responder.
