If it's true, they might get a lot more business, not that they're not getting any right now.

hmmm yeah i'll still cheat there everyonce inawhile...i guess it makes a difference to people that eat there all the time though.

They're going to do it by April '07 (although they've already done some test marketing). They're trying to make it sound like they took their own initiative with no outside influence ::)
